Tier-to-buyer eligibility
Tiers 1-3 can only sell to Rick or Juan. Tiers 4-5 unlock Mr. Lupin as a third option. Forcing Mr. Lupin on a tier-1 car silently fails.
Default to Juan
Juan is the negotiator and works for every tier. Use two negotiation rounds and stop on a loss to avoid the -5% penalty.
Mr. Lupin for tier 4-5 only
Mr. Lupin's base payout is the highest in the game (+12% on win). He requires condition 90%+ and ideally metallic or pearl paint.
Rick is a last resort
Rick pays roughly 62% of true value with no negotiation. Use only on the last minute of the server or when the car is too damaged to bother repairing.
